These Terms and Conditions apply to the YEET or Treat Halloween promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by YEET on YEET.com.
1. Promotion Period
1.1. The Promotion runs from October 29, 2026, at 2:00 PM ET until October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
1.2. All times stated are Eastern Time (ET).
1.3. Only qualifying wagers placed and settled during the Promotion Period will be eligible.
2. Eligibility
2.1. The Promotion is available only to eligible YEET customers aged 18 or older, or the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher, with an active account in good standing.
2.2. Participants must comply with YEET's Terms of Service and any applicable account verification requirements.
2.3. Only real-money wagers placed on Eligible Games during the Promotion Period qualify.
2.4. Customers with self-excluded, suspended, restricted, or otherwise ineligible accounts may not participate.
2.5. Participation is limited to one account per person. Multiple-account participation is strictly prohibited.
3. Eligible Games
3.1. The Promotion applies exclusively to the following 16 slot games featured in the Halloween Picks section on YEET.com (the “Eligible Games”):

3.2. Wagers placed on any games outside the Eligible Games list will not qualify for the Promotion.
4. How to Participate
4.1. Participants will receive one (1) entry for each qualifying win of 300× or more the original wager amount on an Eligible Game.
4.2. The minimum qualifying wager is $0.20 USD.
4.3. There is no limit to the number of qualifying entries a participant may accumulate during the Promotion Period.
4.4. Each qualifying win is counted separately. A win exceeding 300× will still award one entry, except where the Haunted Games multiplier applies.
4.5. Only valid, completed, and settled wagers will qualify. Voided, cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalid wagers will not be counted.
5. Haunted Games – Double Entries
5.1. Each day during the Promotion Period, three Eligible Games will be designated as Haunted Games.
5.2. A qualifying win of 300× or more on a designated Haunted Game will award two (2) entries instead of one (1).
5.3. The Haunted Games for October 29, 2026, are:

Disorder – Nolimit City
5.4. The Haunted Games for October 30 and October 31 will be announced by YEET.
5.5. Double entries will count toward both the participant's individual entry total and the overall community entry total.
5.6. The double-entry benefit applies only while the relevant game is designated as a Haunted Game.
6. Prize Pool
6.1. The Promotion begins with a guaranteed prize pool of $5,000 USD, subject to at least one qualifying entry being recorded.
6.2. The prize pool will increase based on the total number of qualifying entries accumulated by all eligible participants during the Promotion Period, as follows:

6.3. All qualifying entries, including double entries earned through Haunted Games, contribute toward the community entry total.
6.4. The final prize pool will be determined after the Promotion Period ends and all qualifying entries have been verified.
6.5. The maximum prize pool available under this Promotion is $8,000 USD.
7. Prize Distribution
7.1. The final prize pool will be distributed proportionally among all eligible participants based on the total number of qualifying entries earned by each participant.
7.2. Each qualifying entry represents an equal share of the final prize pool.
7.3. Each participant's reward will be calculated using the following formula:
Individual Reward = (Participant's Total Entries ÷ Total Community Entries) × Final Prize Pool
7.4. For example, if the final prize pool is $8,000 and there are 250 qualifying entries across all participants, each entry will be worth $32. A participant who has earned 5 qualifying entries will therefore receive $160.
7.5. Double entries earned through Haunted Games will be treated as two individual entries for the purposes of calculating each participant's share.
7.6. Rewards will be calculated following the conclusion of the Promotion and credited to eligible participants' YEET accounts after verification of the results.
7.7. Rewards will be denominated in USD or the equivalent value in a supported account currency, as determined by YEET.
7.8. Where necessary, rewards may be rounded to the nearest cent.
7.9. If no qualifying entries are recorded during the Promotion Period, no prizes will be distributed.
8. Prohibited Betting Activity and Promotion Abuse
8.1. Only genuine gameplay undertaken in accordance with the intended rules and mechanics of the Eligible Games will qualify for the Promotion.
8.2. Bets, betting patterns, or strategies designed to guarantee profits, eliminate or materially reduce risk, or artificially generate qualifying entries will not count toward the Promotion.
8.3. Prohibited betting activity includes, but is not limited to:
Placing opposite, opposing, or offsetting bets intended to cover multiple outcomes or reduce exposure to genuine risk.
Placing bets or combinations of bets that guarantee or substantially secure a profit regardless of the outcome.
Hedging bets or using coordinated betting strategies to exploit the Promotion.
Coordinating betting activity between multiple accounts or customers to artificially generate qualifying entries or promotional rewards.
Exploiting game mechanics, technical errors, vulnerabilities, or promotional rules to obtain an unintended advantage.
Any other betting activity that YEET reasonably determines to be abusive, manipulative, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the Promotion.
8.4. Any wagers identified as prohibited or abusive under this section will be excluded from the Promotion and will not generate qualifying entries, regardless of the win multiplier achieved.
8.5. YEET reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting activity, remove invalid entries, recalculate the community entry total and prize pool, withhold or revoke promotional rewards, and disqualify participants where a breach of these Terms is established.
8.6. YEET may take further action in accordance with its Terms of Service, including restricting or closing accounts where appropriate.
9. Verification and Disqualification
9.1. YEET reserves the right to verify all qualifying wagers, entries, and participant eligibility before awarding any rewards.
9.2. Participants may be required to complete additional identity verification or other compliance checks before receiving rewards.
9.3. Any fraudulent activity, manipulation, exploitation of technical errors, or other abuse of the Promotion may result in disqualification and forfeiture of promotional rewards.
9.4. YEET reserves the right to exclude participants who breach these Promotion Terms or YEET's Terms of Service.
10. General Conditions
10.1. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and YEET's general Terms of Service.
10.2. YEET reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to technical issues, suspected abuse, regulatory requirements, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
10.3. YEET is not responsible for interruptions, technical failures, or other issues beyond its reasonable control that may affect participation in the Promotion.
10.4. In the event of any dispute regarding qualifying entries, eligibility, or prize calculations, YEET will review the relevant game and transaction records in accordance with its applicable policies.
10.5. All rewards are subject to YEET's applicable Bonus Policy and Terms of Service.
10.6. Any complaints relating to the Promotion may be submitted to complaints@yeet.com and will be handled in accordance with YEET's Complaints Policy.
10.7. The Promotion is void where prohibited by applicable law.
