1. Introduction
Yeet Pick'Em is a collection of free-to-play prediction games that allow participants to answer questions relating to upcoming events and compete for prizes.
All Yeet Pick'Em GameRounds are free to enter. No purchase, payment, stake, wager, or other consideration is required to participate unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter and permitted by applicable law.

8. Voided GameRounds
The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void a GameRound or any question within a GameRound where it reasonably considers this necessary to preserve fairness or integrity.
Examples include, but are not limited to:
An event being cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and not completed within forty-eight (48) hours of its originally scheduled start time;
Errors relating to event scheduling or published information;
Material changes affecting the predictability of a question;
The unavailability of settlement data;
Integrity concerns relating to an event;

9. Corrections
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, replace, or remove questions within a GameRound before the applicable GameRound closing time.
Reasons for amendment may include:

Event postponements or cancellations;
Changes that may otherwise result in a voided question; or
Any other circumstance affecting the fairness or integrity of the GameRound.
10. Settlement and Additional Terms
The Promoter will use its best efforts to score and settle GameRounds using reliable, reputable, and consistently available data feeds, websites, official competition sources, and statistical providers.
The Promoter reserves the right to use any settlement source it considers appropriate in its sole discretion in order to settle questions accurately, fairly, and in a timely manner. Such sources may include official governing bodies, competition organisers, statistical providers, and third-party data services.
Unless there is a clear and obvious error in the settlement of a question, the original settlement may stand even where a data provider subsequently amends, updates, corrects, or republishes its data after the original publication.
The Promoter reserves the right to re-settle any question or GameRound where updated information becomes available and the Promoter reasonably considers re-settlement necessary in the interests of fairness, accuracy, integrity, or consistency for participants.
In determining whether to re-settle a question or GameRound, the Promoter may take into account factors including:
Whether prizes have already been awarded;
The impact on participants;
The reliability of revised information;
The timing of any correction; and
The overall integrity of the GameRound.
For the avoidance of doubt, even where Primary Settlement Sources or Secondary Settlement Sources are identified, the Promoter reserves the right to settle questions using an alternative settlement source where it reasonably considers this necessary.
The Promoter reserves the right to void any question or GameRound in accordance with these General Rules or where it reasonably believes that doing so is necessary to preserve fairness, integrity, or proper administration.
The Promoter further reserves the right to void any question or GameRound where, due to human error, technical error, data error, system malfunction, publication error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the GameRound has been materially affected in a manner that could compromise its fairness or intended level of difficulty.
The Promoter's decisions regarding settlement, re-settlement, scoring, voiding, prize allocation, and interpretation of these General Rules shall be final and binding.
11. Leaderboards
Where applicable, the Promoter may operate Leaderboards that aggregate scores from multiple GameRounds over a specified period.
Leaderboard rules, scoring methodology, qualification criteria, and prize structures will be displayed within the applicable promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any Leaderboard where reasonably necessary.
