We strictly prohibit coin mixing (depositing and quickly withdrawing without sufficient betting activity). If such activity is detected, your withdrawal will be reviewed by our team.

We don't have any withdrawal limits. However, we reserve the right to enact further KYC during any withdrawal.
9. Can I undo a withdrawal request after it’s been processed?
Once a withdrawal is processed and confirmed, it cannot be undone. You’ll need to redeposit to continue playing.

You can deposit funds by navigating to the Cashier area of the website and choosing your preferred cryptocurrency wallet for payment. Follow the instructions to complete your transaction. You must complete Basic Information - Level 1 KYC to make deposits.
14. Can I use a debit/credit card to buy cryptocurrency?
While we don’t process fiat transactions directly, we can direct you to a number of third-party providers where you can purchase cryptocurrency using debit/credit cards. We offer a direct integration with Moonpay by using our "Buy Crypto" button which will help facilitate these transactions.
15. Why can’t I find my deposit on the blockchain?
Some transactions may take longer to appear on the blockchain due to network congestion. Please allow some time and check again or contact us.
16. What do I do if I sent an unsupported coin to a Yeet address?
Our team will require time to investigate case by case. If the coin is retrievable, depending on the coin/chain, there can be a penalty for up to 50% of the deposit amount. Please contact support@yeet.com or the live customer support on the website.
